I loved it here! Stayed in their Three Ridges Cabin with my husband. It has everything I want out of a cabin: kitchenette, big comfy bed, a soaking tub, and a charcoal grill outside. Quiet and peaceful, but still have easy access to the nearby town if you need groceries. I’m planning on coming back!

Right on the blue ridge parkway, we had a fabulous stay (second time through) in the Glamping tent. Bed so comfortable, so much lighting. The fire pit and chairs and picnic table. Top notch location. Wi-Fi throughout. Short walk to the bathhouse! Cannot reccomend enough!

The cabin was quaint and peaceful and was perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in!

Unbelievable romantic and quiet! A perfect anniversary! We have stayed in this cabin before, but the upgrades and cozy quality really made our stay unforgettable. The staff at Love Ridge are great – super responsive and very friendly. The wine, chocolate and charcuterie basket were awesome!

We love Love Ridge! You should go! Here is my 5-blazing-star review: we’ve sledded there in winter and hiked in summer…a beautiful, incredibly relaxing and fun adventure. Both the cabin and bigger chalet were comfy in their own ways. Outdoor hot tubs and indoor foosball were favorites of different family members. There’s enough space for kids to run around, and the right balance of privacy & shared space for both introverts and extroverts to feel right at home.

I hosted a camp themed bachelorette at Love Ride in May. I could not have been better!!! We rented the two largest cabins and there was plenty of room for 15 girls! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided as well. The property was so fun to walk around. We used the swings and organized games for a field day. Even played tug of war with the rope from the game shed. Love ridge was also 15 from Bold Rock which was a great day trip! Thank you Love Ridge for the beautiful views and warm hospitality!

I found this place while researching the BlueRidge Parkway for places to stay, so glad I did, it’s a true gem. I’ve stayed in 2 of the cabins now and have enjoyed my stay in both. My husband says we’ll never stay in a hotel again. The owners of Love Ridge Mountain Lodging are very responsive in sending your check in/out info via email and are there for any questions you may have. Some of their cabins are even pet friendly which is a big plus for me. The cabins are so cozy, comfortable, and clean!. I can’t think of anything that they can do to make our stay better, honestly. All you need to bring are your personal items, food, & drinks. Everything else is provided including a well stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfy with included linens, blankets, and pillows. The internet is pretty good too! It is so incredibly peaceful at night and the night sky is simply amazing. The entrance is literally seconds away from the BlueRidge Parkway milepost 16. It is also very close to the Sherando Lake Recreation Area. If you’re looking for comfort, quiet, friendly atmosphere, and a wonderful jetted tub waiting for you after a long day of driving the parkway, hiking or biking nearby, Love Ridge is the place to book. It is truly wonderful lodging.

The stay was great! Beautiful evening for stargazing on the deck! The fireplace gets warm very quickly if you tend to get cold at night.

Love Ridge Mountain is the perfect family or couple’s get away! We had an amazing weekend here swimming at Sherando, hiking in the woods, and catching up with friends around the campfire. I felt really safe just letting the kids run free. There is so much natural beauty to soak up in the mountains and the stars at night are brilliant. The cabins are spacious, comfortable, squeaky clean, and have well stocked kitchens. There are very nice outdoor spaces to gather if you are traveling in a group. You feel away from it all, but are also close to many local attractions.

We had a great 2 night getaway at Love Ridge, stayed in the Hanging Rock cabin. It was lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and everything we could need. I loved the fire pit, and the hot bath after a hike! We brought food, but it’s so neat you can also order food from them! Can’t wait to come back.

We’ve stayed at Love Ridge four times now and have loved every visit. It’s been a favorite every since our first stay. The cottages are perfect and the new owners have put so much attention into every detail. Perfect stay for a romantic getaway but plenty overnight options for all travelers, and right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. #LoveInLove

We visited Love Ridge to have a reunion with a number of relatives we hadn’t seen in years, and had a great time. Our group had three cabins and all were very comfortable and well equipped. The area is beautiful and we went hiking each morning on the many nearby trails, and had s’mores at our cabin’s fire ring in the evening. There was plenty of firewood available for our use. We enjoyed playing croquet and other games from the well-stocked game shed. This is a lovely spot, and my wife and I started talking about another visit on our way home from this one.
