NEW Lodge at Love Ridge Opens
Love, Virginia (October, 2024) Love Ridge Mountain Lodging is excited to announce the grand opening of the Lodge at Love Ridge on November 17th from 12 pm-4 pm with a free open house. Designed with events in mind, the new lodge complements Love Ridge’s existing collection of tastefully appointed cabins and a variety of outdoor gathering spaces which share a border with the Blue Ridge Parkway. The 2,000-square-foot lodge adds to the inspired natural setting with space for an indoor reception and dining, a full commercial kitchen, and restrooms ideal for weddings, retreats, reunions, and group gatherings of all kinds.
The lodge can seat up to 100 for a dinner or up to 150 for a reception. Larger groups can spread out to the immediately adjacent lawns, which can be tented to accommodate up to 200. The Lodge opening is the culmination of a vision that blends lodging and gathering spaces to create unhurried time together and the opportunity to connect with nature. A signature feature of the Love Ridge event space is the 3,000 square foot Gathering Lawn that sits atop the Ridge and seats up to 200 people for ceremonies or special gatherings. Flanked by an outcropping of Blue Ridge greenstone and stunning views of Three Ridges Mountain, the Gathering Lawn creates an unforgettable backdrop for guests to enjoy.
“The opening of the Lodge at Love Ridge completes the full renovation of our campus and provides us with a modern indoor event space. We kept the best aspects of the original 1950’s lodge while incorporating state-of-the-art amenities such as smart lighting & audio/visual technology,” said Natash Sienitsky, one of the owners.
