It is easy to elope in Virginia because it is a “no-wait” state for marriage licenses and no witnesses are necessary. Getting your marriage license in Virginia takes about 20 minutes at any circuit courthouse in Virginia and all you need is $30 and your official identification. The closest circuit court to Love Ridge is in Waynesboro, just 25 minutes away and we keep a list of preferred officiants who can perform your ceremony.

- 2-hour time slot for the ceremony (wooden benches, PA system, planning assistance, and parking assistance included)
